Post Office Carrier did not leave me pink slips for the two days he tried to deliver five of my items from Amazon. Went to the post office to check two days later and they have no clue where my boxes are. They went in the back and couldn't find it and told me the carrier will call me, and if he doesn't, I can file a missing claim online and the Postmaster will look into it. Well, he didn't call me, and I can't file a missing claim online because every time I click on the link it says error. Filing a claim for this USPS does not even exist! We as a community, we need better service from USPS in Chugiak, and you guys need accountability at the workplace. I want my 5 packages!

Today someone hit my mailbox. The tracks in the snow indicate that my contract carrier hit my mailbox and damaged it. If you inspect the passenger side (most likely side mirror) of the carrier's vehicle you will likely find damage.
