How can petco deliver to us but Amazon can’t? Why are you sending all of our packages from Amazon back?

LAZY Postperson: Packages are constantly not delivered, then claimed as "undeliverable"... Neighbors and myself have smart home devices, watch and wait, mail person doesn't show up yet that day they will mark it as "undeliverable" and requires pick up at the facility. Would like to file a formal complaint, but guess what, even the post office phone goes unanswered for hours.
