They have a middle aged lady with long brown hair that works there that is unfriendly towards men. She spent ten minutes with the lady ahead of me even carrying her package to her car. When it was my turn she barely gave me the time of day. She was not friendly at all. I expect friendly service from people where tax players pay their salary.
