Arrowhead Post Office

Randomly stopped getting my mail and packages. When I called they said it was at the customer’s request . I am the homeowner and no one in the household requested that mail and packages be held. They couldn’t help me because it was a call center and they would not give me the number of the local post office. I will have to go in person and waste more of my time. My mail is frequently delivered to my neighbors and packages get delivered to the post office and then go missing.
