This post office has completely fallen apart since the pandemic. There’s this sour, young man with glasses at the front counter who acts like helping people is beneath him. He refuses to lift a finger or even consider reasonable requests. Because of his cold indifference, I lost access to my own mailbox. It’s disheartening—what used to be a dependable place now just leaves you feeling helpless and dismissed.
