Clerks completely untrained unable to inform customer about services for post office box including what person to notify if mail not delivered over and over including theft from postal box! Receipts refunds due and complaints about clerk who wrote incorrect services at the counter wasn’t delivered correctly over 80% of the time USPS theft of money from citizens horrific still have not received refund requested and due from cancelled service on October 22, 2018 by January 3, 2020! ASK U.S.P.S. case workers never inform the customers a refund is due back to the customer when incorrectly mailed no signature received including failure to follow law with Gov ID before giving package to customer! Case workers unable to write details of case correctly thus post office never calls! Bay Area postal offices never call the customers send emails with no data or facts in reply only sorry mail wasn’t delivered! Not receiving my Medicare statements or letters from my insurance either. Local post office clerk told me to change to general delivery at city you wish to receive mail since unable to sort mail correctly at local post office. Check receipts for accuracy. Presuming everyone has a smart phone with eyesight to read tiny unable to read USPS website on a smart phone refuse to do! Everyone should refuse! Demand services or do not pay for them .
