This is the worst mail delivery of any post office I have ever used. I am missing mail all the time. The DMV has sent my driver's license twice and I still have not received it. I seriously don't know what to do. I have complained and they just try to blame me! I need to complain to someone higher up. I will when I figure out how! This is only a fraction of the problems I have had with this post office. Its truly unbelievable how bad this postal service is in Apple Valley.
They refuse to close my mailbox when they are done delivery the mail! I even taped at note in there to shut it when done as we live in a area with high winds. Today I watched the mail person purposely read the note toss the mail and left.
Once again a very small package that would fit in my mailbox was not delivered and I received a message, again, that there was a problem with USPS ran into issue with attempting my delivery. Exactly what would that be? My dogs were in all day, with me, I have a gate, garage door down, and package fits, if nothing else, in my mailbox. You NEVER honked anyway, to let me know you were here, because I watched you drive by.
Was informed package was being delivered on Sunday. Literally watched mail person drive by my house in morning and received notice @ 5:45 pm there was a problem with my driveway?? I live on a normal street Last pkg, they sent back with absolutely no explanation what so ever. Even Amazon has no idea why
Why can’t we get our mail? Some days not delivered at all. Now it is 6 p.m. and no mail. Come on get it together. Getting really sick of our mail service
No one answers phone at post office, haven't had mail for a week when it shows mail on my informed delivery...might use rubber band with mail on pigeon leg to deliver, just a thought?
What has happened to our mail service?? We used to get our mail before noon. Now not until 9:00 pm if we get it at all. I am on the service that tells you what you should be getting for the day. This has not been right for over three weeks now. Is my mail going someplace else?? I hope not. I have some important stuff I'm not getting on time or at all. I have had the mailman drive by when my flag has been up and my mail sat there for three day. The post office needs to get their act together.
Y can we never get a hold of anyone in this office
Today is 8/7/2020. My mail person (who happens to be female) just drove by my house. I had just went outside to place the letter in the box and put the flag up. She was about 3 houses down when I went out. She just passed my box and stopped at my neighbors to deliver mail. It was approximately 5:15pm, I guess being Fri she was in a hurry. I'm sure the Postal Service pays their carriers pretty well to pick up and deliver mail.
I was supposed to receive a letter from EDD on Saturday (07/08/2020) & I never did . The address where it was sent to have a record online stating it was delivered on that day & I would like to try to find out the status of it so I can make sure I recieve it . Please let me know how you can help as soon as possible . Thank you .
