I submitted a change of address which was confirmed 9/30/2019, with change to start 10/9/2019. As of 10/14/2019, still no mail forwarded. I called the phone number for the forwarding post office in Ben Lomond, but there is no answer, so I can't contact them to see what's the hold up. I guess I can drive the 6+ hours round trip to ask them, but why do I have to? In general, the Ben Lomond branch has been very good. The 1 star is more a reflection of the bigger system which doesn't work and of course, no way to make a change. Y
