I recently mailed a pre-wedding gift, Priority Mail with signature, to an Orinda address that should not be mistaken. And the Orinda USPS mail carrier delivered the Priority box, with a clear green address on it, to the wrong address, and allowed them to sign C.V. for it when the name is not even close to those initials. It was delivered to the wrong address and the wrong name! So now someone in her neighborhood with C.V. initials has my niece's pre-wedding gift and should do the right thing to make sure she gets it. I am very heartbroken about this and hope that she gets this pre-wedding gift from her aunt. But, the responsibility falls on USPS, and their MAJOR ERROR!
