It is darn near impossible to get in touch with these people. Supposedly we have a package pending delivery for several days and it hasn't shown up and we can't seem to reach anyone. The hours are better than banker's hours and if you work, there is just no way to get there during their hours. No wonder people shy away from using USPS nowadays.
