I live In a ten unit building and the mail person has taken to just placing the mail on top of the boxes and not inside of them and making everyone responsible to make sure the mail goes to the right person. Is that too much to ask from these people? TO PUT THEM IN THE INDIVIDUAL BOXES?

Sent cards and checks to apt on sawtelle one week ago and no one has seen them, blame the weather la Canada post office or who? Still waiting for a 166 unit apt to find this mail, who is responsible, address was right and a stamp was included, bad business.
