TERRIBLE! Here we go again! mailed a couple of bills from this location a week ago, so far the recipient ( bank ) has not received it. This branch is located 1.6 miles form my home, I avoid going there, because of that recurring issue ( 4 times in 3 months), instead I go to a location 4.0 miles away, my local mail get to it's location within 2 days. Unfortunately a week ago I was running late and I dropped the bills at Encino post office in the mail mail box located by the entrance, which didn't sound full . How often do they empty the box ? or is the mail ditched somewhere ?
