Mill Valley Post Office

I have resided in many different places, some outside California but most in East Bay and Marin. The Mill Valley post office is the most poorly managed post office and the only post office with whom I've had a myriad of problems in my entire life. I lived at one address in Mill Valley and had a very polite, friendly and efficient mail deliverer. The only time I had a problem receiving my mail was when there was a substitute on his route. He taught me how to use the tool online to track my mail in order to see what I may have delivered. Before he explained this to me, I had to cancel my Christmas vacation because my physician sent me a form that I had to have before leaving town. Nearly a week after Christmas, my neighbor who lives across the street (mailbox is nowhere near where mine was) brought me the mail from my doctor that had been delivered to his address. This happened a few times but, at least, I had a good regular Post Deliverer five days a week. I moved about five blocks to a new residence and, for the past two years, have had a mail person that has made many errors. Further, my mail arrives at approx. 6 PM except when the substitute is working and it comes in mid afternoon. I use the Sausalito Post Office for most things and they are wonderful
