Worst Post Office ever.They left a note saying that they try to delivered my package and no one was home. I got home right when the mail man was putting the note inside of my mailbox so I ask her for the package and she said that the package wasn't in the truck that it was in the Post office but the note say that they try to delivered my package. I went to the post office around 3pm and it was closed already then I ask my boss if I can leave early to go and pick up my package he said it was ok. I got to the Post Office around 1pm and it was closed again now my package is about to go back to the sender thank to them.
Absolutely one of the worst post offices I have ever dealt with. Horrible customer service. Phone rings and rings. The carrier will not bring a package up to my apartment - refuses delivery (3rd floor). Counter person stated that packages that require 2 people to lift are to be picked up by customer....then went to the back carried my package out and handed it to me... so much for the it takes two to carry it.
