This is the 2nd time a package states it was delivered to my porch / front door & it was not! It was stuffed in the mailbox. While I understand it’s probably overwhelming with all the packages, be honest where you are leaving things.
Used the kiosk to send a package overnight. Package wasn't delivered because the postage was short by $.80. Took the package back for a refund, but it was denied because the label was wrong. I then explained that I didn't pay for a label, I paid for delivery of a birthday present for a family member that was not delivered. Unfriendly supervisor gave me a blank look and still refused to refund my money. I suggest you take your packages elsewhere.
