I'm an elderly man who has little knowledge of the internet or my computer. I even discovered this review option on accident. I find it unfair that there is no consideration for the inability of the elderly in obtaining the renewal of a passport! It is literally impossible for me to get any assistance or an appointment for helping me complete this action. I'm fearful of messing this up and losing my passport in the mail or that it may be stolen!
Today I visited The Winterhaven post office off of Central to drop off a package. I had my items already wrap in a box and the only thing I had not done was taped the box shut. The only reason the box was not tape shut was because I was shipping my dads Pace maker monitor and wanted the postal employee to confirm whether this device was a lithium battery or not. I was told that I needed to purchase tape from the post offices or go Priority. I was so angry that I had to purchase the tape that I left it on the counter just in case another customer come with the same issue. Hopefully your next customer won’t have to purchase tape.
