Horrible United States postal service. I went today 6/08/2026 for my kids passport appointment. The Caucasian male with the residing hairline was very rude, racist and condescending. He talked to me as if I was ignorant, as if I didn’t understand English. Told me I didn’t have an appointment because I was not in his paper list. Yes I did have an appointment. I did have an appointment with date/time and the confirmation number. Why else would I go there then!¡ He never helped me out. No customer service manners. This was a waste of my time and long drive to this hot unkept musty location. I will never be back here and wouldn’t recommend this post office to no one. Please do yourself a favor and go to the Polk county clerks office. They do walk-ins and have great customer service.
