Customer Service is the worst. The female at the front counter needs to be schooled on customer service. After standing in line, another male clerk left me standing at the front without any communication that he would return. No sign put up. With 12 customers in line, I left his counter go back to the front of the line. At that time the female comes back from break again. I asked a question, she treated me poorly, looked around as if she was annoyed, on just asking a question. At the end of the day, all customers look to them for guidance, if you feel we are to needy, and don't want to be bothered. Then I would say your in the wrong profession, she should work in the back until she is schooled how to be compassionate about her job, even if you work for Government. Postal employees should give the service, that they expect to receive be it personally or professionally. We won't even begin on the poor mail service. They service 200 of us, out of the same hub, lost mail, no mail service, always a different postal worker, left main mail boxes open with mail blown around on the grounds
