    They didn't deliver my package due to an incomplete address and returned the package back to the merchant. The address was not incomplete, I have the confirmation e-mail from the merchant with the exact and correct address. The item that I purchased on sale now costs more than double the amount. Very frustrating.

    I am 66 and my husband has been in the hospital. I came home from the hospital Sunday night, October 10th….and my Walmart paper towel and toilet paper order was delivered by the USPS and they were in one box….a massive box. Everyone knows it rains every afternoon…and he left it at the beginning of my walkway and did not put it on my porch. It was saturated and it took me forever to move it. Even the young girls carry the packages to the porch. That is shear laziness.

    Good Afternoon Tom, I live at Apopka, FL 32712 as of today 8/15/19 our mailbox was left open 3 times this week. Monday afternoon when my mother got off work at 4 pm the mailbox was open, she retrieved the mail and then this morning when I came in the mailbox was open from yesterday afternoon and then it was left open again this afternoon. Now, there are 4 mailboxes in a row and ours is the only one left open. This is not the first , second nor third time this has happened, in fact it happens quite often. I myself have had a pre-paid debit card company asking me for about 2 months now if I received my new card and to activate it. Yes I have informed them that in fact I have not received it. Can you assure us that you will talk to the mailman to insure that the mailbox gets closed? Thank you, Lisa
