It is terrible not to be able to call the local post office by the number given over and over on line or get to it via the 800 number for the postal service, then after 6 minutes of arguing with a bot that offers no option to an agent to be told you will now be routed to one after a minimum weight time of 15 minutes. It is even worse when a call would not be necessary if the equipment in the local post office was kept working even a majority of he time. The postal system is overpriced, unhelpful, and has a poor attitude and Merrill Rd in Jax, Fl is the worst.
