Your carrier just threw a box into my garage. Literally bypass the front of the house, walked around to the back and threw a package into the garage that's not part of my house. The package belongs to my neighbor. I went outside to talk to him and he just ignored me and sped away screeching tires. I need someone to contact me about this issue. Next time I will call the police!

Today. Jan. 2, 2021 I received 2 Xmas cards from VA stamped 12-17-2020, and 1 from PA stamped 12-14-2020. Is the PO using pony Express? What's wrong with this picture?

As I wrote this it is 8:40 pm in the evening and my mail has still not come. I had mail in my box to be picked up - bills, birthday cards, etc which will now be late in arriving. This is inexcusable to have this kind of poor service. I would like to know why I have not received my mail today. How can I ever trust that I will have reasonable service? I am extremely unhappy with my service.

This is the third time that I have sent a letter or package priority with a delivery in 2 days. Each time it was 5 days before the item was delivered. You are slow and inefficient. Stay away from my healthcare !!! You need to be more out of my life.

Just went there ( 2pm) and both outside boxes are literally overflowing. I could have reached in and helped myself to any number of packages, envelopes... With all the theft and fraud going on today, how about helping to deter it by emptying the boxes!!! One box said mail was picked up at at 12. There’s no way that much mail was dropped off in 2 hours. This isn’t the first time it’s been like this. That’s why I went earlier. I tried calling - twice - after 20 rings you get cut off! Tried an 800 number but it’s useless and you can’t leave a message. Postage keeps going up and service keeps going down. Ridiculous!!!
