THE. WORST. I live in 30339 and they NEVER deliver on time, and IF the package weighs more than 2 pounds, the lady NEVER delivers on time UNTIL I submit a late report.

I am writing as a third party, Directly harmed by a USPS postal worker in the Akers Mill/ Atlanta Georgia post office. I ordered 6 boxes of items from KIWIANNE McDOWELL who attempted to ship the items in Large, Flat rate shipping boxes. When she went into the post office, the office workers told her that she could not ship the items in question in a flat rate box because the dimensions of the items exceeded the box dimensions. They told her that she would not be able to ship my items, and that she would need to repackage them. This was on Friday, February 21st. She proceeded to collect the boxes and took them, one at a time, back to her car. When she got home, she realized that one of the boxes was gone. One box that contained 18 glass-jar candles, which i personally paid for, was left at the post office. This was on Friday, Feb. 21st... she was not able to get back to the post office until Monday. On Monday, she received a letter from the USPS stating that the box was left at the post office, and that is was unpaid for. The Atlanta office took it upon themselves to remove the original shipping label off of the box and mail the label back to Kiwianne with a letter telling her that the box was left. They did NOT give her the option to come and pay for the shipping of the box, instead they fraudulently REMOVED the shipping label and LOST the box, and all the items inside the box. I am the purchaser of that box, and i am the individual who lost a great deal of product because the USPS removed the label and lost my items. Kiwianne was not given an option to pick the box up, and she was not given the option to pay for shipping on the box that was left. She was simply mailed a very generic letter stating that the box was left at the post office, and that the shipping label was removed by a postal employee who is now responsible for the THEFT of the box that they cannot locate or replace. I am demanding attention to this matter, and am stating that a government postal employee is DIRECTLY responsible for the loss and THEFT of a box of 18 candles valued at $24 per candle. This is a loss of $432 worth of product that your employee DIRECTLY caused by fraudulently removing a shipping label off of the box which could have been returned to Kiwianne McDowell. The USPS obviously knew who the box belonged to, because the letter was mailed to Kiwianne’s personal address by means of the address on the shipping label that THEY REMOVED. My name is Hollie Curbow, and I am demanding that the box of candles that I have PAID FOR, be RETURNED or REPLACED by the USPS.

Roughly half the time I stop by to use the self-serve machine, the doors are locked, which means people can't get to their P.O. boxes either. There's trash on the floor, and they're never stocked with mailing supplies.

Window indicates self service hours are 24 hours a day 7 days a week however the doors are locked? This has happened multiple times.

Rude, lack of knowledge and poor customer service.
