Maybe it’s changed but some people in higher level positions don’t need to be in management positions.

The Post Office "Customer Care" is NON-EXISTENT - it just consists of people passing off your complaint to the next person without ever getting resolved. I am trying to get in touch with the Business Mail Entry unit and their phone is full of messages, so you NEVER can get through - and you can't reach anyone within the PO system to simply transfer you - or to tell the BME unit to clear out their phone. This is the most dysfunctional organization I have ever encountered.
