DO NOT GO THERE. I have two packages lost in this post office, one was actually get scan by real person but didn't go out at all and the other one was also scan by real person but receipt shows one package scan twice and the one didn't scan happened to be lost, what a coincidence.
I filled out the form online (at USPS.com) to temporarily change our address for 3 months, and the forwarding was supposed to start yesterday. We got mail yesterday, so I called the 1-800 USPS number last night, waited for 45 minutes, and the customer representative filled out a service request saying that our Alpharetta PO would contact us today. I went to the Alpharetta Webb Bridge PO this morning at 8:30 and was standing in line, when Claudia from that office called me. She met me there with a big smile on her face, and was extremely helpful. Claudia got with our mail carrier, Shawntay (who hadn’t gotten word about forwarding our mail), and they got us our mail for today and assured us that our mail would be forwarded from today on. Thanks to Claudia and Shawntay for your quick and great solution to my problem! It was a joy working with both of you!
