This post office is the worst
This is the second time They've lost my package being delivered and I've only been in this area for 6 months. The Manager was very rude and hung up on me.
Hi, before Covid-19 I was having problems receiving my Mail. Now it’s gotten to be ridiculous. I have been waiting on my car title for a month now. Informed mail showed my car title, and nine other pieces of Mail that I have yet to receive. I’ve gone to the Post Office on Fulton Industrial and no one could tell me where my Mail was. Very rude, and non-shelant. This is unacceptable!! Even today I did not receive all of my Mail. Two letters came from the same household, only received one. Should I not say anything and just let this continue. What would you do? Monday morning I will try the Post Office again. Also contacting Post Master!
Manager was very very Very very RUDE. I normally wouldn’t report a black man especially during these tragic times But he was rude in front of customers and the staff that was working. I am requesting contact with his boss to address this issue and I’m requesting that he review complaints already filed at this location.
