Oaklandon Post Office

We are small business owners in Oaklandon and use the Oaklandon location frequently. Our business depends on the US Postal Service. There have been changes to the client facing personnel in recent times. We sure do miss Lynnette and her counterpart who transferred to the Castleton location. They were so good and always greeted with a smile. They may not have remembered my name, but they always new my face. You have two in particular that I have complaints about, rude, lazy and condescending to those he assists including me on multiple occasions. Yesterday I witnessed first-hand his ongoing poor attitude toward the customers. This time it was to a senior man who they refused to help and told him to go to his post office in Greenfield. Does he not know we are why he has a job? I will step back into queue and wait for Ed every time before I subject myself to Trey and the young lady. Ed is very kind and concerned about the needs of the customers. Send them to the back and get people who care and are happy to be gainfully employed. The way they treat people is unacceptable. They act like they are put out to help. We are all at the mercy of the US Postal service poor delivery times (took a month to receive an envelope mailed in the same zip code and we have many other examples) not to mention the terrible customer service from the two mentioned at the Oaklandon branch.
