I have had it with the postal worker that doesn't come and get my packages. Today they didn't come and when we got out the mail and the package pickup form she had to pick up my packages was rubber bandaged to my mail. I'm going to be In trouble for mailing out my packages out late for my ordering sites.. they keep saying they have it fixed yea right.
I went to the USPS today to return a package back to a sender. I was told that I would have to fill out a Customs Declaration Form, I've never filled out a form like this before, the postal worker was not helpful. I filled out as much as I could and was going to ask a question but she had gone. I lost my place in line and had to wait again the next Postal worker told me the return address on the senders label wasn't correct that I had to find the correct address. I told her that's the address the company supplied she said you'll have to find the right address aren't the Postal Workers suppose to help you. The Postal Worker was by herself and the line was out the door. When this happens isn't another postal worker suppose to come out and help the customers still in line. I believe there's to much idleness going on. If I made as much as they do I would make sure the people in line were taken care of.
It's impossible to get anyone to answer the phone they have 2 numbers no answer at either. I have constant problems with package pickup with my regular delivery worker.
