Lothian Post Office

For 22 yrs I have been complaining about the quality of service from the Lothian post office, and I'm sad to say it's getting worse. It's very apparent that if you file a complaint the service worsens and that the carriers start a vendetta and deliberately mishandle your mail. Twice now I've been on the verge of eviction because the carrier put my rent check in the wrong box and that person wrote on it, not at this address, and sent it back. And was not notified till my landlord started eviction. I have talked about this problem with at least 2 dozen postmaster and nothing have ever improved. Right now I'm in possession of 4 pieces of miss-delivered mail.
