Had a certified letter notice delivered while we were at home, mailman never knocked on door. Then requested a new delivery for next day and he didn't have it again. Poor service.

Dear Madam/Sir: We have been unable to receive or mail from our post box going on over two years. Last two days I have tried to mail items, just envelopes lifted my flag to alert the post person to take my mail. Both times they lowered the flag and left my mail inside my box. My neighbors get our mail, and I get theirs. This is horrible!!! The mail service we once had has disappeared and we all are very dissatisfied. Please let us know how to resolve this issue. Thank you for your time. We live in the Country Valley Addition in KCMO 64136. I have personally made two trips to try to resolve this issue at the Post Office to no avail.
