i am trying to understand why i can be sitting in my living room with my door wide open and still receive a notice that a delivery attempted and they will try again on one ocasion i addressed the issue and had to have an advocate readdress it for me am i not entitle to receive my packages if i am home i am fine with after hours deliveries if that is what it will take to receive my packages
