"When derogatory reports are made nothing is done to improve them. They probably go in the trash..." from above. Sound familiar? Government way of skirting issues? Who cares about quality work anymore? I have a current issue, the key doesn't turn the parcel door. Oh well, let's see if the note left in our box is read tmrw.

I've sent 2 requests for home delivery for my 95 year old Mother in law with no response in over 5 weeks. I stopped by and spoke with (admin asst) who said she would call that afternoon. She didn't. They don't answer the general Number phone. My Mother in law has worn out knees and has to walk nearly 1/2 block to her mailbox. Customer Service?Yeah right.

A package was put in the wrong box AGAIN by our mail carrier(s). It is unfortunate that this is still happening. I received someone else’s package that had already been to another location. I returned the package to them, they were wondering why they did not have it yet. This is unacceptable. It is the third compliant / investigation that I have filed to USPS this year.

Three times this 20019-2020 year my package has been delivered to someone else. Many times this year that I have had to deliver mail to the proper people from my box. No trust.

This is the worst post office I've ever had to deal with!! The phones are always busy 24/7, they are probably are taking them off the hook or placing on hold. Our carrier misses us some days if there is a car parked near the mailbox. I they can't walk a few steps to the box then start issuing a reminder or ticket to the cars. Mail is mis-delivered more than not. If you have a problem and need to talk to someone you must get in your car and drive there. NO CALLS taken at this station. When derogatory reports are made nothing is done to improve them. They probably go in the trash. Instead of using postal people to deliver the mail we have substitutes that couldn't care less if it is delivered at a decent time of the day or if it is delivered to the correct address. Sometimes it's as late as 6:30 pm or later. Some people depend on a decent time of delivery to be able to do their work from home job. This place needs a make over!!!!!!!!!!!
