I am extremely upset and even more so disappointed with whomever is supposed to be answering the phone. It just hangs up after numerous rings, and I simply have been redialing, hoping that maybe someone this time will pick up the phone and answer it. Whenever anyone complains about the people who work here in Summerlin PO, I've always supported you and said good things about you. Now, after this ordeal this morning, I just might have to tell them, sorry, but you're right! So disappointed!
