This review is for the Passport Desk within the post office. The woman working there today (1-29) at approximately 2:30pm. Could not have been less helpful and full of attitude. I was helping my brother with renewing his passport. He was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's disease has has trouble standing for any length of time. When we arrived I asked if she could look over what we had to be sure I was sending in things correctly. She glanced at the photos we had just taken and said they were not correct. I asked if she could cut them. She said no, and said "if you don't believe me I'll get you someone else and she walked away for @10 min. -- When she returned there was another woman behind us and she helped her. She would not help us until I literally BEGGED her for my brothers sake (who was in pain by now). AND, she kept telling me "well you would have been gone by now if you listened to me." We had to take another photo which she took with attitude. And, when I asked how much we needed to make a check out for, she responded "Its on the form" the same answer for who to make out the check out to.... Thankfully a very nice postal clerk helped me mail the form and double checked we had everything in order and gave us a paper clip for the photo. The woman at the passport desk, really should NOT be working with people. She was miserable. And unfortunately for me, made my brother pay the price.
