lousy service on carlton rd- skipped days, mixed up neighbor's mail, dont answer phones when call with complaints.
terrible postal service on carlton rd. when we get mail, it arrives after 5:30 p.m. generally, but the post office seems to think that mail delivery is optional, so they randomly skip days- last saturday's mail came on monday, one other day there was no mail delivered but the next day we got mail from the day before earlier in the day and late afternoon, another delivery of that day's mail. today, dec. 5, no mail at all. we are all very unhappy campers- to say nothing of the fact that we often get mail not addressed to us or to our address. tried calling many times but noone picks up and the machine is always full. this is no way to run anything!!
