For the umteen time I have received mangled mail with items I have purchased that are destroyed. I have called and made several complaints over the past years up to and including the time the boss himself coming to my home to clean my steps after the carrier stomped through the lines and newly laid blacktop leaving prints. I am not sure how this is possible. But, no complaints are of interest apparently and I cannot do much being disabled so I have to order online.
