Hello, Let me share my today experience with the clerk, second from the left while standing at the counter. On one hand the lady was helpful when she understood my let's say unusual request use stamps on very small package. That's the one star for. The rest is something I had a hard time to follow. Skiping the need to figure out using her phone she couldn't find (it was on the counter next to her) how many 78 cents stamps (10 of them as I have calculated) is needed for $7.50 shipping cost. And to broom the floor, checking her phone, etc, just stopping to answer any of my questions when provided me with printed reciet, when I was not sure if that was it and I could leave. That has been something I don't understand. And she was very lucky that I have thank her for very nice approch only. GH
