We had a package that was supposed to be here days ago get lost somewhere in the system. After opening up an inquiry, the post office said the "Issue has been resolved." Exactly how does the following mean my issue is resolved: "We are sorry for the inconvenience, we will be talking to the carriers to correct the inquiry for you. Your package was last scanned, DEPART USPS FACILITY T1 11/28/2020 12:11 INDIANAPOLIS, IN 46242, if this is not true after 30 day if you have not received the package please contact the sender to either resend package or reimburse." A pair of very expensive CUSTOM BOOTS that took a YEAR to make were 'lost' by the post office. And the response is that the "USPS Service Request ... Has Been Resolved." This absolute lack of courtesy and professionalism is atrocious.
On Friday 11-20 we gave our mailman 2 packages that we wanted to send back. He is a new guy but when we got home it was back on our front porch. not sure why he dropped the package on our porch and did not take. He may be new but I would think he would have the courtesy to leave a Post-it on why he did not take Our package if there was something wrong he could’ve at least had the courtesy to tell us. I would like this package picked up on .Saturday, November 21
I never get packages on time, PO worker today when My alarm went off I stepped out on the porch as I was suppose to be delivered a package on Sat that I did not get and when I walked out I seen her Looking in her bag and said " Fuck" Pretty loud. Well I ignored it and said Im should have two packages today where they at, she said they are in the truck I will have to bring them back around. so I waitied patiently. Here it is 2:01 and about 1:00 she came back around and dropped packages off to the house across street from me, Yet I still do not have mine, Tried to call Local PO can't get through. And this is always aproblem in the 45044 area code. you all absoultly need to get your shit together
