I would like to start with an apology. I am sorry you work for a broken company with outdated infrastructure and unobtainable daily objectives. I hate talking negatively but there are a few things I would like to address. 1. My mail (if it gets delivered) arrives at my house at every hour of the day. Recently it's been well past 5-6 PM. I talked with the local mail rep at the postal office and was told there is no set time. This is unacceptable. How do you track performance and set a standard without any direction? 2. My packages never arrive on time. I could track them when and if the tracking status is updated. The tracking feature doesn't work or hold any meaning if you cannot trust it. 3. Reaching anybody other then the "Frontline" employees is impossible. It doesn't matter if I search for contacts online or call the automated recording (which is terrible and just hangs up). It seems like the Frontline employees are the only team members that are holding the company together. I am reaching out for a few reasons. I am frustrated and used to think highly of the USPS. I have dreaded using your service for the last couple years and I will do everything in my power to avoid using your services in the future. I have paid triple the amount to ship packages using other companies just to avoid the topics listed above. It has worked out great. Study these other companies and make some drastic changes before the next change is the United States Postal Service going out of business.
