Don’t bother calling. It all goes to an 800 number now & you won’t get to talk to anyone at the location at all. Service has gone down over the years. Instead of getting better it has gotten worse. MUCH WORSE
Horrible customer service, cocky attitudes all around. Packages go missing, take trips around PA first before getting to the correct destination. They NEVER pickup the phone! Long lines as well. Don't waste your time!
I've gone multiple times to complain about not receiving my mail for over a year. They do not care, they will continue doing this. They will keep not delivering your mail. They are vindictive, they hold grudges. They also do this if you have a problem with someone in your neighborhood that they are either friends with or are related to. They keep your important documents and no one does anything about it. This is more like a gang than a post office.
I have gone 4 times on person to complaint about not getting my mail and nothing has changed. Today I came from work and only received 2 letters out of the 4 that were supposed to be delivered today. I have the UsPS service and it shows the mail. I always receive less. Most scary is that the bank account letter is missing. In the picture it said it was refused the first de livery but it never got to my house. Second delivery it said that it was included for that day delivery and only two letters came in today 9/25/2020. It is not worth to complaint. It gets worst and they get nasty if you complaint. Federal government should get involved because it is bank information that is missing.

I order from a website and I track my package and it was postal delivered and it say 5 items was delivered but I only received one item
I have always received very good service from this post office location, especially during busy times. Most employees have been friendly and kind, even during trying times and with complaining customers. I appreciate them all very much.
