Been calling since they opened this morning. They do not answer the phone and when they do, they do not say hello- they just hang up! This is unacceptable!

1- you never answer the phone 2- you failed to deliver my husband’s SS check on 12/9 or ever. 3-you deliver most of Easton’s mail to my house 4- and four pkgs sent early enough and paid for at a priority rate have NOT left your building in over a week to date.
