I am writing with a complaint. I was expecting a certified item in today's mail. Instead of receiving my item, I found a postal note saying "sorry we missed you while you were out". I was not out, and I am not in the habit of standing by the road at the mailbox. No one came and knocked on the door to deliver the item. I don't know who your delivery person is but they certainly are not doing the job they are paid for. The item was a very important one that I needed to be delivered when it said it would be.
