Lied about attempting to deliver my package when my house has cameras so i know they didn’t. Now i have to go to the Post office and pick it up when it should already been at my door.

Pathetic. I've been in this post office delivery zone since 2016. Too often have my packages been misdelivered or even returned. Contact with a person on the phone is a miracle if it occurs. So far I have redialed TODAY 18 times with no answer. I'm calling because I got a notification two packages were delivered yesterday when in fact they were not. When you actually speak to an employee, whether on the phone or in person, it's like talking to a pod person no personality. God if only we had not moved into this facility's zone.
