I dropped off two important bill payments to the main post office. Neither has reached its destination. One of the addresses was in Denton. There is no excuse for this delay that is acceptable to me. I have been unable to reach a representative on the phone to discuss this issue.

The mail carriers have caused me grief three times this year because they are too lazy to either deliver package to my door or get required signatures. They tell the main post office things like packages weren't delivered because I, the customer, have requested the post office items be held at the Post Office.

I cannot get in contact with anyone at the Denton main post office. I have an issue with my PO Box and cannot get to Denton.
