We ordered a mailbox key quite a while ago and I need to call in to see if it’s ever arrived or what’s going on with it. They never answer the phone and there are no phone options to find out what the disposition of ordering our key is this is a terrible post office.
Employees will have you go back and forth between lines. Some are extremely rude and unprofessional, did not even answer my question, huge line at all times. This post office is claiming the sender did not include the right postage so made me pay for the shipping, which does not make sense at all. Please avoid this post office at all cost.
My Father lives in Monte Robles and the mail service has always been less than satisfactory! letters always get delivered to the wrong houses and the boxes are right in front of each house so I can't imagine this would be such a problem, but it is unfair that cedar elm mail center does not seem to care about servicing this neighborhood properly.
You did not re-deliver my package. Cedar Elm post office employees totally disregarding it. I am going to list this package as a lost package and file the complaint with postmaster general.
