I mailed my rent check from home. Have done so for 16 years. I called that number looking for answers. Rang THIRTY TIMES and then it disconnects. My check wasn't received causing me to receive a $99 late charge. I do realize that there was a Sunday & Memorial Day in there, but still that's SEVEN days to get a check from Murray to Cottonwood Heights. If this is true that it took that long, I WANT to know why. Also, why not answer your phone's. What's changed? We had Gordon as a postman for years & never had an issue.
