I am very frustrated by this post office substation. I have been going there for many, many years and I've had so many bad experiences that today I decided to NEVER go there again. There are usually only 2 workers there and lots of people waiting in line. Today, one of those workers filled out the entire passport paperwork for a family who spoke English just fine. Why? This is not something the post office should be doing while other people in line wait and wait and wait. My husband and I did all of our passport renewals online ourselves! Then, when the worker was finally finished, she made copies for the family (?) and then proceeded to have a conversation with the little girl about Minecraft. There isn't enough space here to write everything else that happened as all of us in line just stood there helplessly waiting and waiting. Also, the one self-service machine (there used to be 2) almost never works. USPS should do better than this!
1 out of 3 packages turn up missing that are delivered to the post office via UPS or Amazon, and the line to pick up packages is horrid.
