Hours of Operation
The postal service has now decided not to deliver my mail because I don't pick it up daily. Not only can they never deliver to the correct person and we no longer deliver to people's homes like my dad did when I was a kid and he worked for the USPS, but they can arbitrarily decide when they stop my mail delivery entirely.
HORRIBLE, they never ever answer the phone, and they carriers can't seem to deliver mail or packages to the correct person
hello i have called the katy annex office four times with the last 20 minutes, no answer, just get disconnected - i got notice a package was delivered and IT WAS NOT DELIVERED
