I am very disappointed with my mail carrier. I received a text stating my package was not delivered due to an animal. I have a 10 lb dog and he is inside the garage. I also received an email that my package was returned to sender which means the mailman did not attempt to drop off the package because I did not receive a slip to go pick it up at post office. This has happened several times. I would appreciate if this issue can be addressed.
I just called this location explaining to them that is entirely too much mail coming to my address from previous renters! All I got was excuses why they cannot stop delivering other people's mail to this address! They want me to put a line through every single male that come through daily which is hundreds and put it back in the mailbox! That's too much work that's a job that's not my job! And instead of the person handling the call in a professional manner she throws me on hold without asking me can I hold. she threw me on hold twice without asking me can she put me on hold finally I've hung up the phone and every damn time I'll called she hung up and eventually a guy answered the phone and I gave him some choice words! as I am starting to find out there are a lot of sorry post office workers working for the USPS! They need to go out of business and this is from someone who used to work at the damn post office! Amazon get them out of business who needs you
