I live in an apartment complex and both of my packages I have purchased have been delivered to the wrong mailbox/apartment number. I am stuck waiting for my apartment complex assistants to get approval to check other peoples mailboxes or other residents to turn my misplaced packages in. Still haven't even found one of my packages. Every apartment has a mailbox AND a package concierge box, yet packages are thrown on the floor all over our mail room. This is literally illegal as packages are just on the floor and not actually delivered to a resident? So unhappy and causes so much trouble.
