Missouri City Annex Post Office

Our subdivision Mailbox was removed without notice to us. We missed mails for at least week, when we talked to mail man, she recommends going to this location to pick up mail. When i called location number, menu come and told me to hold transfer to customer support after 20 ring it cut off. when my brother went to pick up keys to new mailbox, was told to come between 8:30 to 10 only. No clear communication and customer service. I am working at the airport, to pick up the key i have to take a day off. Very poor services.
